Jivanta Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani

Our stay at Jivanta Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The beautifully designed rooms and exceptional service truly made our time memorable. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a getaway; however, we did experience a delay during check-in and some minor issues with room service. The hotel is well-suited for families and couples looking for a serene retreat, but be prepared for some wait times in service during peak hours.

I had a pleasant stay at West Hill, primarily because it boasts exceptional cleanliness and hygienic standards. While it’s strategically located near Mapro Garden, getting to the hotel can be challenging due to poor signage at night. The food here is homely and served hot, but it’s exclusively vegetarian, which might disappoint some. The staff are very professional and genuinely helpful, making the experience quite enjoyable despite some minor setbacks with location.

However, the limited number of rooms may not suit everyone looking for a larger crowd, and the dining options, although delicious, could be somewhat limited for those who might prefer more variety. Overall, it’s a gem that I wholeheartedly recommend for a tranquil getaway.
